Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Cancel 72+ hours (3+ days) before your appointment – No fee
• Cancel 48–72 hours (2–3 days) before – 50% fee
• Cancel less than 48 hours, including same day or no-shows – 100% fee
• Same-day cancel or no-show also means no future bookings allowed
Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable and cover only 1 reschedule
• Rescheduling before 24 hours of your appointment has a $25 fee
Pre-Booked Appointments Without Deposit
• Cancelling a pre-booked appointment with no deposit will still require paying the standard deposit fee, even if cancelled 72+ hours in advance (must be paid before/time of following appointment)
• If you cancel a prebooked appointment, please note that deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling less than 24 hrs/day of your appointment, will incur an additional $50 rescheduling fee.
