Cancellation Policy
Cancelling before 72hrs (3 days)of your appointment, will have no penalty.
Cancelling 48hrs or more (2
days) before your appointment will result in a 50% charge.
Cancelling 24hrs (1 day) or day of will result in 100% charge.
Cancelling day of / no show will result in 100% charge & no further bookings.
We allow 3 rescheduled apps, after 3 we will no longer allow you to book. Please respect our time and services.
If cancelling a prebooked app with NO deposit, cancellation fee is the amount of deposit even if cancelling 72hrs before app.
Deposits is only valid for one reschedule and no refunds. $25 reschedule fee if within 24hrs of appointment
